This has been working pretty well for me, he's a really good lead against Smeargle, and can almost always do a 1 for 1 trade, usually after setting up a layer of spikes and removing hazards. He doesn't really work outside of that.
Only real reason I'm using him this Gen is Destiny Bond. That's the reason I have Icy Wind over Freeze Dry: so I can get fast sweepers slower than me so I can surprise Destiny Bond them.
