Writiting my plot, but I have a few questions regarding the observatory:
- Do you want it to be used for plot, or do you not want it to be a plot relevant location, or do you not care?
- If you do, do you have a preference for when it is visited, as soon as possible, mid game, late game? Use badges as reference points. Or do you not care
