Gains Superpower, Bulk Up and Mirror Coat. This is an attempt to make use of Wiggly's wide physical movepool instead of it's equally wide special one, because it would just be too similar to Clefable.
I can imagine a set could go something like:
>Power-Up Punch/Superpower
>Play Rough
>Body Slam/Counter/Mirror Coat
>Bulk Up
