So way back when in 2012 when B2W2 first came out in Japan, people all over the place were saying that Eevee had a miniscule chance of appearing in any Hidden Grotto. Oddly enough, all of this talk was gone shortly after the international release, and of course we didn't get the event that gave out the Eevee Funfest Missions. So /vp/, what was the deal with this? Was it a Japan-only glitch, or well, even a glitch in the first place?
