With the one you said we already have :
- 3 fire ex (Typhlosion, Entei, Ho-Oh)
- 2 water ex (Feraligatr,Suicune)
- 1 grass ex (Meganium)
- 1 electric ex (Raikou)
Lugia is a bit harder to tell since it has been colorless, psychic and water in the tcg but it will porbably be either colorless or psychic since we already have a lot of water ex
If we look at the number, water and fire probably won't get other ex.
If we remove at least one slot for dark and steel we have 5 slots left. There is a chance they will give dark and steel 2 ex instead of one to compensate for the lack of them so 3 slots left. If we look at the number the type with the less ex are Electric, fighting and either colorless or psychic depending on Lugia and my bet is on Lugia being colorless, since I think they will make Espeon and Umbreon ex because they are some of the most popular eeveelution and represent the friendship evolution and the day/night cycle that were both introduced in gen 2.
So my guess is:
Dark: Houndoom and Umbreon
Steel: Skarmory and Forretress (I don't see them making a steel ex for a cross gen evo because it would mean a 2 colors deck but that's just my autism talking and a steel pineco is dubious, but maybe it will be grass with only a colorless move )
Electric: Ampharos
Fighting: Tyranitar
Pyschic: Espeon
So not really a very surprising line up with the exception of Forretress instead of the most popular Scizor.
