For example, Serprerior is listed as 10'10" for it's height, but it's CLEARLY not twice as tall as it's trainers. Because the measurement isn't truly height, it's length there.
For all we know, T-tar could be 6'6" measuring from the tip of it's tail to the tip of it's nose rather than from the bottom of it's feet to the top spike of it's head.
Also, it could be measuring him only when he's standing upright while his natural pose is much more slouched.
