It's the Executives, da big boss.
The Executives are just stupid.
They don't understand that it was finally the time to make the big jump.
I mean after DP and the Takuto bullshit, where the battle against Shinji should be the final at the time, perfect after the Battle Frontier.
And especially when this big jump could bring a lot of money to them by pleasing their fans, or attract more peoples to the anime.
Even though the more "shonen" tone of XY provided already a lot of new fans in the anime.
They're affraid of too much big changes on their biggest marketing tools...I suppose it's for PERENNITY. (especially to the "kids")
But at this rate it could bring the opposite effect...excluding all the new and olds fans of the anime, I heard that a lot japanses kiddo were really sad and disappointed by the result.
I don't know what the fuck are in their heads...Maybe it was KEIKAKU DOORI all along, Satoshi will pass 11 in Alola, win all the shit and "IT WILL ALL COMES TOGETHER" you know ahahah.
Still, lot of delusional thoughts and big hopes, I know, don't worry, I had my lesson : The first time with DP, and now two time with XY.
But really...
I'm still hyped for SM, seriously! This season have a lot potential for what we know actually of the SM games.
Can be one of the best one only if we have cool and serious shit with big sakuga behind :
- Serious Satoshi
- The chuuni and edgy Gladio as a fierce rival
- Kahunas battles
- Team Skull, especially YA BOY
- Tapu Koko (The deep link with Satoshi and the TAPU KOKO VS UB-02 : EXPANSION)
- UB
- Lillie and Aether plot
Comfy / funny setting and all is cool, but we're gonna need some serious moments.
