It's not so good. Most of the plushes they sell have weird proportions and just overall don't look or feel that good. The selection is pretty bad too, though if you really like gen 6 mons you might find something nice. And I say all this while agreeing that the plushes are the BEST thing they sell there by far.
Everything else is crap and overpriced memorabilia and plastic. It's honestly kind of overwhelming; you're better off going in, looking around, and then just ordering stuff online.
