Writefag's tier list. Been playing since like V8 or 9 can't really remember. I'm unfortunately acquianted with these sorry fools.
>Actually good are the characters that actually have things like motivation, development, and likeability. These character's are generally likeable and deserve a better story to be in. They are also coincidentally the most fertile. Entirely a coincidence, I assure you.
>Pretty Good are all the characters that serve a purpose and are relatively likeable/unique. In a game with 80+ fucking characters, these people feel like individuals who compliment the story or the sidequests they're a part of.
>Alright are all the inoffensive characters, they aren't like annoying or complete ripoffs of some other thing, and a generally either decent or passable enough to not give me an aneurysm. Special mention to Ren, he's the type to watch cuck porn vids of girls who look like is crush, but is otherwise an alright, if rather onions, dude.
>Bad are the uninspired characters who are either generic, annoying or a bit of both. The only really relevant characters are Melia, Crescent and Venam. Melia is a woefully generic main cast member. If you played any RPG ever, you've encountered a character like Melia but better. She really only has non-forced chemistry with the mc, which is ironic because of the friend-zoning. She basically treats Venam like a paypig, but we're supposed to think they're perfect for each other. If Venam wasn't a dyke, she'd fail a bechdel test. She literally changes her personality for Melia. Crescent's just generic edgelord with tragic past.
>Awful are the characters that just plain suck. Why are they fucking here? These chuds are usually at the scene of a crime when the writing gets bad and dumb. Notice that many of the villians find themselves here or below? Rejuv is awful at creating compelling villains with actual motivations, mostly because Jan thinks that giving the audience zero information is "mysterious".
