Even formally great legendaries like Heatran, Deoxys-S, Deoxys-D, Mew, Manaphy, and Tornadus-T have fallen off in Gen 9. If you told anyone who played Gens 4 - 8 that Heatran would fall to UU despite 15 nu-Gen Pokemon still being banned they would've laughed at you. And yet Verlisify still whines that OMGON BAN TOO MUCH
