We're getting a Pokefair event on the 14th, if you haven't heard already. It'll be a chance to get Steven but the 5 star rate overall will be 10%,with just 2% of that being Steven, so save your gems for that
It'll be a chance to catch up on five stars if you care
I think a few of them are really decent
Hilbert is good support and his Waterfall was super useful for EX Flannery before it got nerfed
You missed the first Pokefair, however, which featured Lance and Cynthia
Pokefair units only appear during their banner unfortunately
Also during December there were special limited Rosa and Siebold holiday units
Siebold apparently sucks but Rose Santa is really good and probably the best support unit in the game next to Phoebe
