One of the best Gen 1 designs in both how much of a cultural deep cut it is and in how it manages to marry the design philosophies of Psychic and Ice types in Gen 1 so perfectly. Helps that it's genuinely a really fun Pokemon to use and my favorite lead in Gen 1 pvp.
I just think it's a shame they censored her, black made the face look more like a void (like Tangela's eye slots) while the purple just looks like skin.
