If GameFreak really pandered to Kanto as hard as /vp/ said they did, then all of its Pokemon would have Gen 9-tier overtuned signature abilities and/or signature moves, and ludicrously good moveset potential. But even Charizard still has to rely on looking like a basic bitch with either a special set or a Dragon Dance set, no batshit crazy signature moves at all.
