However, we haven't seen a single evolution of a previous-gen Pokemon, except for Sylveon. It's within the realm of possibility that Sylveon could be the only previous-gen evolution, although unlikely.
And, as much as I love Mega evolutions, I'm worried that they'll take the place of regular evos for older Pokemon.
Mega Mawile is really cool, and would hypothetically be very powerful, but I sort of wish it evolved normally.
I guess we'll just have to wait and see what the future holds.
