Imagine, if you will, a Blastoise wearing the iconic "General Patton" 5-star helmet standing in firing position with smoking cannons. The trainer (on the left in pic related) is wearing an unmarked G.I.'s steel pot helmet and holding binoculars (maybe up to his eyes if that makes drawing things easier). If anything can be said in a speech bubble, or at the very least to give an idea as to what the trainer's expression would be, he's saying "direct hit, sir!" to the Blastoise, appropriately nicknamed "Patton."
The whole idea is that, for kicks, I imagined that the mega-evolution ring I got was actually a fake, but the Blastoise can still mega-evolve because he's ACTUALLY the reincarnation of General George S. Patton.
