During the pre Gen 5 days, we used to make guesses about leaks based on their silouhettes; there was no info in English, it was all Japanese, so it lead to a lot more creativity, which lead to things like Acornduck and Smugleaf. I even remember when people still called the region Isshu before we knew it was Unova. Simpler times.
