Gave Tsareena more bulk and Speed. Tsareena is in dire need of more Speed, so I made it 20 points faster

New Abilities: Queenly Majesty/Legday/(HA)Sweet Veil
Ability Buffs: Priority moves heal Pokemon with Queenly Majesty. QM protects and heals both the Pokemon with the ability, and it's allies
Legday: 1.5x base power increase on kicking and leg/footbased moves
Terrain nerf: Psychic Terrain now only gives resistance to Priority moves, no longer full immunity
Queenly Majesty is a good ability in theory, but pretty mediocre in practice since Psychic Terrain also gives immunity to Priority + other effects

New Moves: Blaze Kick, Triple Axel, Stomping Tantrum, Agility, Swords Dance, Poison Powder, Sleep Powder, Stun Spore, Rage Powder
Move Buff: Trop Kick's base power increased to 90
