We have observed many instances of both humans and Pokémon engaging in destructive behavior throughout our time in this life. Unfortunately, it seems that many are blind to these activities, be it through intentional denial to blissful ignorance. We will not them to continue down this path of self-destruction. In order to protect our world for the longest possible amount of time, the lives of its inhabitants must be controlled and regulated.
