Honorable mention to Lt. Surge, who is a 9'6 monster of a man with a Raichu that exuded Cap energy before Cap was even a thing. If it weren't for Surge being a gym leader who needed to be defeated to keep the show moving, who knows how chad he'd have been.
I almost want Liko to capture a Pikachu so we can see how a real trainer trains one from the ground up. Especially since it would mean she could evolve it, since Cap is fulfilling the role of dedicated Pikachu mascot.
