"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHT!"
Chesnaught brings down a mighty Hammer Arm on Macbeth's flaming bright boil, and as it turns out it's not actually a clogged up pore at all. The pimple is in reality, a central 'core' of stored electricity that gives Macbeth and his species the power to control their magnetism.
Thus, rather than drowning in a pus-ridden explosion, Chesnaught instead sets off a discharge of electricity that surges throughout the stage, petering out shortly thereafter. Without his precious control over magnetism, Macbeth is unable to levitate, command his mini-noses, and perhaps the best one of all--is unable to guarantee stability for his new unsettling human limbs.
As a result, they disturbingly retract back into his body, leaving Macbeth as nothing but a heavy, virtually unmovable statue.
