Most Trainers lose their virginity to their Pokemon (if not specifically their starter), but outside of close friends with lowered inhibitions, the closest you'll get to anyone accusing or admitting it is a knowing look when a Pokemon seems to show a specific kind of affection to their Trainer, or a veteran in a pokemart picking out for a newbie exactly the cleaning tools needed to deal with a mess that the newbie can't quite bring themselves to explain.
Of course, this varies on region; fully 60% of adult Alolans, trainers and otherwise, men and women, lost their virginity to a Salazzle or Salandit. It's not *polite* to talk about it, but it's fine fodder for joking around with your buddies.
