Update on Gaia run, had to reset at the first evil team admin because I had no counters to her ice type bullshit, especially that god damn frosslass. New run is going significantly better although I'm still finding the game a bit grindy at parts due to how the NPC levels go up between areas and with no repeat battles.
Against all expectations Munfred has been a fucking trooper so far despite not getting a single water attack other than water gun 30 lvls in. Maverick was the early game MVP but now that enemies are becoming tougher his brittleness is showing and I want to evolve him ASAP. Hope will become an espeon someday, but for now she's kicking ass with STAB+adaptability maxed return.
