Meowscarada has completely normal hips. Her hips are no wider than the ones on the human characters. In fact, if you look at her model's body structure, it's very similar to some of the girls on picrel. So unless you think Gamefreak is also giving their human characters "coomer hips and legs", it seems like your accusations towards Gamefreak's design must be completely wrong.
