The moveset was created with the specific purpose of destroying Skarmory and Blissey, two staples of the RSE metagame. Some guy called jumpman was competing in the final match of an important torunament. The opponent was a german kid who kept screaming "BOAH BOAH BOAH" as tyranitar fucked his stall pokemon. Thus the name was born.
The moveset is actually great to use, both in RSE and DP.
