>>48690794it's already in the top ten on pvpoke. with the right team it could be incredibly strong with great shield pressure. whereas regular lugia is more of a straight forward tank that can boost it's stats, kind of like togekiss. i haven't been able to actually test it myself but dragon tail + shadow boost + potentially aeroblast boost is going to wreck dragon types.
plus, there's the "cool" factor of actually using a shadow legendary in ML.
