Seasonal spawns
Regional spawns
Event spawns (if an event is happening, they will appear alongside others)
Nest spawns (parks are considered nests of some select species that will appear there in increased numbers)
Incense spawns
Lure spawns
Surprise encounter (Smeargle, after taking a pic)
Other than that there are eggs with their own pools, raids and research tasks. GBL has some too.
For example:
