>NormalHospital theme. All the trainers are Nurse Joys. The gym leader is Doctor Joy.
>WaterPirate theme. Gym is a mobile ship traveling on a path between two port cities. Leader is Bluebeard.
>FairyForest theme. Gym is an actual forest with wild pokemon to be caught. The gym leader is located in a cottage at the end. She's a witch.
>ElectricDisco theme. Lights illuminate differing parts of the gym in a pattern.
Elite Four are arranged in a wheel. They, along with the champion, have a theme of the Chinese zodiac.
