All of these previously existing creatures are Pokemon and they're just about as "alien" looking as the Ultra Beasts are, if not slightly more. Honestly, if you ask me, a good number of the Ultra Beasts would be right at home as one of the "weirder" looking "regular" Pokemon. That probably calls into question whether or not they should be only SLIGHTLY weirder or all-the-way weirder, but I guess that part is a little more subjective.
