y2mate.com" and "snapshot" in the filename, I can see y2mate is a youtube to mp4 downloader, and the ".mp4_snapshot" is part of of the default filename template for screenshots from VLC, so you basically downloaded one of the trailers as an mp4, opened it in vlc, and took a snapshot from it, which is pretty lazy if you ask me since you could've just used the Snipping Tool or some program like ShareX or something)
