I wish the anime was more consistent with showing the type immunities. Sure they show Fighting and Normal attacks passing through Ghosts but I have never seen a Shadow Ball pass through a Normal type. Sometimes they show a Ground type hitting a Flying type but that's fine granted they use an move like Mud Shot.
I have yet to see an episode showing those Psychic types being like "haha I control you bitch" and then a Dark type being like "fuck you faggot." Like that episode with the evil Malamar I was hoping James's Inkay being part Dark type would be like that.
