Commonly Swampert came out higher by a substantial margin. I don't know if it was becuase of FANNY MEEMS, but everyone i knew chose Swampert, making me the only Torchic guy there. Two cousins chose Sceptile cause they liked him in the "Anime". Of course, all of the sudden i saw a mysterious change of opinion after its HA was revealed in Gen V.
