A couple ideas I've had that I haven't added/may not put in:
>stag beetle with a guillotine theme in its pincers>scarab beetle/firefly combination with a literal mini-sun inside its body>a bug/water rhinoceros beetle that doubles as a sort of submarine, surfaces with its horn>a snail and a hermit crab that use various things as their shell (bush = grass type, seashells = water type, boulder = rock type, snow = ice type, etc.)Also, good taste in fakes OP. I love that line.
