Makes me wonder what these artists see in shy little shota Kiki if they want to change almost all his key aspects, honestly. I understand my preferences are very defined as left-of-centre and I definitely don't expect the majority of people to share them
(we're talking about being shotacons after all) but surely those artists must appreciate Kiki for what he is, so why change any of that? Ruins his shota charm completely.
