Plus the anime has been going on so long that every pokemon that isn't a legendary has been in the anime at least once, unless it's under very specific circumstances, specifically the Porygon line because of that damnable reactionary incident so Porygon is never on TV again even though all the kids that would have been harmed by it are now in college or at the very least are NEETs. And the last point comes down to either Porygon Z or Parasect.
