Really, the entire pokedex should be nothing but cutemon and waifumon. These are the only pokemon that rake in golds from merch and become the most popular across the entire fandom.
They are the only pokemon anyone really cares about. A fringe group of barafags wanting to see musclemon are irrelevant. Cute and/or sexy is what the majority of fans want to play with.
Some "silly" may be included but usually that just falls in line with cute anyway unless they are purposely designed to be ugly as sin.
