"Specialty":These Pokemon need special care and/or a lot of money to have for so they are rare for people to own. Ex; Growlithe, ninetails, Hatterene, Snorlax, Wailord.
"Starters": Paradoxically are the most commonly seen and available pokemon, but are the hardest to buy or catch. Most starts pokemon has long ago been domesticated and/or capture, so finding one in the wild is unlikely and the ones found are probability abandoned or runaway starter. Given to all trainers when they begin their journey, this will be the only free starter a person will get. If a person want like to get any more starter pokemon then they will either have to find a breeder that is willing or even able to sell to them or get in touch with a person that is willing to sell. The prices will fluctuate all over the place but it general going to be a lot of money.
"Resurrected": Due to the tech and money need to revive the poekmon. It puts it out well out of the reach of most peoples. Ex; Cranidos, Archen, Tirtouga,
"Rare":These pokemon are near impossible to find in the wild and if found take great skill to catch. The waiting list can be years long and the cost well into the 100K's. EX Ralts, most dragons, Metagross, Riolu, Togepi, Gothitelle, Abra
"Mythical": Most people don't even think that these pokemon exists and when one is found it is the talk of the region. Most trainers will jealously guarded their pokemon, if they even captured it. So it is vary unlikely for one to been seen, let alone sold. If for some reason a one is sold the person would set the person for life. Frequently the target of criminals and poachers. EX; Shaymin, Zorua, Kubfu, Latias, Regirock, Darkrai
I would like some feed back. Also I'm trying to base everything with what we seen in the movie, show, manga, etc.
