Made some progress.
I forgot a lot about the game and keeps getting caught with my pants down. Sandy the Sandslash has been clutch to avoid all the self-destruct and save the crew with Dig.
I'll try the psy gym next, hopefully Ball the Electrode will be able to tank with light screen and lower accuracy with Flash, leaving the room to the others to deal with the big guns.
I'll re-build the team after, I do not want to use all the good 'mons now and lower my options for the next game.
I regret some of TM/HM choices but it made sense at the time. There are not so many usefull one and I should have used those sparingly.
