speaking of the glyphs i thought it might be cool if there's a few bookshelves in the lab in the unown ruins, collections a few ancient stories archaeologists have deciphered from the sequences of pictograms on the walls. i've got a few ideas but i thought i'd ask you guys too, you're bound to come up with something great to add to the library. the conditions are 1) they must involve 1 or more glyphs as the characters in the story and 2) they must be very short, a few lines long at most and 3) they should have that ancient folklore tale feel. as a total asspull, something like "a man lay speared and dying on a beach, watching the sea in his last moments. a strange boat pulled up, and three strange men stepped off. "man, why do you lie dying?" they said. the man replied "because i was not strong enough or fast enough." the strange men deliberated, and changed the dying man into the first horse, who was strong enough, and fast enough."
