I think we will be able to access all Alolan, Galarian and Hisuian forms for the returning Pokemon it's just they aren't shown here. At the very least we can be certain that ones like Galarian Meowth and Hisuian Qwilfish must be back as their regional evolutions are present. We also know of Hisuian Zoroark from the trailers so I don't see any reason that stuff like Alolan Muk and Hisuian Lilligant wouldn't also be present.
