I want one set in the Southeast US. Everything west of Texas (but not including Texas) and south of the Mason-Dixon line. There's a decent variety of terrain, and they could do a thing where you start out in Florida swamps and end head north through Georgia, the Carolinas, Tenesse and Arkansas and end up in Louisiana swamps (or vice versa) and then the coastline is a postgame loop back to Florida where you started.
