https://files.catbox.moe/d66475.mp4I find muscle, rapid, scope works best. And X speed to help chase or move into position while stealthed. Dragapult should not be used to lane with. It excels at ambushes and rapidly deleting targets while they're preoccupied. The most important factor that determines if you should pick Dragapult is if you have enough of a frontline or not.
For instance let's say I get a bulky team comp with 2 defenders and we lack damage. In this case I would take Dragapult over anything else because this is when he excels. Yes, even over Zacian. Because at the end of the day each character is a tool that is meant to be used differently.
