I feel like this has been one of the most civil discussions about this topic I've seen on /vp/ in a long while, and it really means a lot to this anon that you guys told me what you think.
I don't agree with 100% of everything, but I do have a much better understanding of why US/UM and Gen 7 as a whole gets a lot of shit. I still like them, but I'm glad I can understand and, after everything is said and done, I do agree that exploring and going back to less hand-holding experience would be a net positive.
