That is genuinely a core for an OU tier to be built around. Its one thing to ban 1 utterly OP monster or 2. But to ban 7 of them so fast is simply emptying out OU.
Whatever OU means nowadays its not the same as, 'Whatever is used the most'. But instead some vague and undefined level of strength that isn't based on anything other than feelings. I get it, Palafin and Houndstone are definitely not balanced for multiplayer. But the rest of them are a bunch of monsters that while extremely strong, all do roughly balance one another. Flutter Mane is the best of the lot, but every metagame has an ace.
