The answer is 100% yes. 113.333 with Eviolite loses 1 or 2 stat points here and there, but with Eviolite it gets the only stats that really matter to it boosted to fuck and back. The only thing you're really missing out on with 242.333 is that it's a mixed attacker. But that's sort of worthless, this thing is clearly meant to be a wall.
