>>52568408The easiest way for you to do it is to use the encounter database.
It works like this:
Search for a pokemon you want. Purple and green background means they are from a raid and you cant change the iv/moves without it becoming illegal. Pink is static overworld encounter. Grey is a wild encounter they are the most changeable if you want one with marks or something like that.
I always start with a from egg pokemon. If you do that then you have to pick the baby and change it to the adult in the main tab of pkhex. If you pick a wild encounter you can just pick the evolved form.
Then as you go just check the tick box next to the pokemon icon after you change something to get an idea of what is and isnt able to be changed.
