450 BST is fucking nothing for a fully evolved pokemon by today's standards
also getting actual ability options besides sand rush/slush rush would be nice since no one brings weather setters just for evasion abilities, which are banned in most competitive formats anyways
tough claws/rough skin require no explanation, just look at them and try to justify how they don't have those abilities besides GF being lazy
