Does CP affect battles at all? My Gengar with max atttack does a fuckton of damage even at level 25 vs say my level 35 Shiny max attack Aggron vs a neutral target like Alolan Eggs (even though I know Aggron's attack isn't great). Hell even my 14 IV Ho-oh at level 25 deals less damage than say my level 20 Flareon.
I never really bothered thinking about it before, but now its been on my mind the past couple of days.
