>>58606185Unfortunately I do get some satisfaction out of writing code; at least the problem-solving aspect anyway. It's definitely not the worst job in the world, but the problems never stop and it's usually not something I can ever get any help with unless I want more work getting them up to speed and then cleaning up after them. I don't envy your position though, sounds pretty awful. Our IT department gets a bad rep too, but I appreciate the work that goes into that sort of position since they help keep everything running for everybody. Dealing with unreasonable requests, being expected to solve everyone's problems, and then getting blamed for other problems that were outside your control does not sound fun.
>>58606198>uniI don't blame you one bit, juggling uni with a job is just asking for trouble. I know plenty of people will say to go for internships and grind work experience as early as possible, but both uni and work are stressful enough on their own. I'd just focus on uni for now unless you really need the money. Don't forget to take advantage of any career programs they have to try and get your foot in the door somewhere toward the end of it though
>post legsI would need to make a whole other outfit for that, but since you asked I went and threw something together anyway
