>>44050873here's an updated version with better names and route numbers. You start at the Ruins where you get your starter, then you can go basically anywhere. The only thing stopping you is that you need Surf to get to the Pokemon League, Route 23 is blocked by a massive storm until after you beat the Elite 4, and you have to beat the League to be able to access Route 24 and beyond.
