>>19704543Me again.
>>19710427Even with the boosts I gave, there are a good number of things capable of stopping it;
Typhlosion as it is now is an extremely predictable pokemon, and knowing is half the game. It has no boosting moves, only 2 coverage options(one having terribad accuracy, the other having shit power), no priority, and only one thing separating it from other Fire pokemon in a reliable Eruption.
Knowing that means a myriad of pokemon are capable of revenge killing it or full on stopping it in it's tracks. Goodra takes nil from any attack. Dragonite dances on it and does massive damage thanks to shit defense. Politoed forces it to carry Sunny Day, which makes its 4 moveslot choices even smaller, or it gets forced out. Heatran is immune to the one reason to use it. Banded Talonflame ohkos a whopping 80% of the time, making it an excellent revenge killer. Banded Azumarill does the same while being bulkier.
It's physical movepool isn't anything to write home about either. Save Flare Blitz hitting slightly below Charizard X, 114 attack is nothing to write home about. Especially when you can't even boost it.
That's not to say this Mega Typhlosion wouldn't be horrifying in the right scenarios, as Typhlosion truly deserves to be. I think you guys are overplaying it.
TlDr; It's still Typhlosion.
